Nassim represented me in a high conflict trial and did an amazing job for me. I was able to get the parenting arrangements that I wanted on the terms that I wanted. In terms of property division, I got what I asked for as well. She was very good at explaining everything to me in a way I could understand and her fees were very reasonable. Even though, I was going through a difficult time, her sense of humour helped a lot. I highly recommend her.

I had an extremely negative experience with Ms. Nassim Nasser of NASSER ALLAN LLP during my Vancouver Supreme Court divorce case, which resulted in an outcome worse than a default judgment. Key issues included: persistent unresponsiveness and poor communication; detrimental and unhelpful legal advice; inadequate preparation and flawed execution of my direct examination (resembling a resume recital with vague questioning); failure to effectively cross-examine the respondent and respondent’s witnesses; prematurely ended cross-examination; inability to clearly articulate my case in court; and refusal to provide the opposing counsel's final submission. This grossly inadequate representation directly contributed to the highly unfavorable outcome. I strongly advise exercising extreme caution when considering this lawyer.

Totally hopeless lawyer she couldn't answer the easiest questions asked by the Judge. Disorganized and charged way to much. The out come of my case was in my favor but I would have done way better representing myself! Good luck lawyer searching it isn't easy.

Nassim is an AMAZING lawyer. She knows the law, she explains everything to you and answers every question you have in detail, and will guide you in the right direction. She will never tell you what to do, but will tell you that "it's your choice", while giving you reasonable advice. I had a very difficult, stressful family law case, where I went through a couple of different lawyers. My last lawyer was Nassim, and her and I discussed a plan from day one, which lead our path. She had a sense of humour which made this stressful process much easier to deal with. She was able to stand in front of the opposing party and defend me to the best of her abilities as well. She knew what she wanted and she got it at the end.
