We made a BIG mistake retaining Bulmer's service for a Family Court hearing. He hooked us by offering patient advice by phone, convincing us that he would make for knowledgeable legal counsel. Boy, were we wrong! His entire demeanor changed once we deposited funds into his retainer account: He showed up for our hearing WITHOUT HAVING READ OUR CASE FILE! When I tried to speak up in court, given his ineptitude, he told me to SHUT UP. Followed by "You talk too much." When he couldn't win his desperate attempt at an adjournment, he intensely grilled me on my position to prepare to testify, while outside on the courtroom steps CHAIN-SMOKING cigarettes! In the end he accepted conditions and terms which set back my case, and which he never did explain to me, even after repeated efforts to follow up after the hearing. He literally disappeared after the hearing! Finally, his "work" on our behalf only increased our anxiety and worsened our case. AVOID this LAWYER for your own sake please.
