Mr Carter has been litigating my civil suit for over seven years. I walked into his office during the most desperate time in my life. Sean has literally fought a war with me.I can’t say enough about his expertise and loyalty to me and the protection of my rights as his client. During depositions and trials I witnessed genius. Sean knows the law, he is constantly researching and going over every piece of evidence and does this consistently- I was amazed at his precise memorization of all material and when something is not right-when he finds an inconsistency or senses an attempt to distort fact - magic happens. Not only has he been my protector and advocate he is genuinely one of the most morally intact people I have ever met. Due to his intense dedication he has used my case to set new precedent/ creating new laws - becoming a protector to many who may never realize it. I am extremely disappointed by this lawyer. I used him for part of a small claims court process. He consistently provided delivery dates for work and failed to meet them. He insisted on using a retainer before starting any work but at the end he supplied a huge bill that dwarfed the retainer. I have probably worked with about 8+ law firms before in a variety of capacities. I have always been reasonably satisfied even if they are sometimes expensive. There is no doubt that Sean Carter has severely disappointed me. I would strongly recommend NOT using Carters law firm as a result of this experience.
