I hired Laura to represent me during a very ugly and complicated custody case. She specifically was supposed to help me get through the crucial custody evaluation. she didn't give me any advice or guide me through the long process. Because I didnt know what to expect I will ended up with a very unfavorable recommendation from the custody evaluator. During the settlement conference Laura didn't take notes and she told the opposing attorney that she would be getting off the case. She didn't tell me this! All in all...Laura was extremely lazy. Didn't fight an ounce for me, didn't care about me as a client, and took all my money. When it was clear that she wasn't doing a thing for me, I fired her. She was by far the worst attorney I've ever dealt with and I've used others. She messed up my case so badly that I wasn't able to recover and I lost my children. Do not use Laura unless you want to flush several thousand dollar down the toilet... literally.
