I retained this attorney to handle four separate legal matters and his overall performance was excellent. Attributes:responsive,on time, professional, knowledgeable, and accurate on the four matters. Billing practices were the fairest of four previous attorneys I've dealt with. The matters included restructuring family trust for reduction in tax liability, appropriate distribution of investments, protection of assets
2) Establishing fully compliant Family Limited Partnership under tight time constraints. Knowledgeable, responsive, excellent results, on time approvals
3) Providing guidance and legal assistance in start up of craft beer enterprise; negotiating with city planners/legal on CUP, ABC licensing matters, interpretation of legal regs with county health. Excellent support in obtaining agency approvals for startup. Continuing on-going with current expansion of the enterprise.
