I had a Criminal Charge of Fraud over $5000 and after a bad experience with a Legal Aid Lawyer, I went to the firm of Jonathan J. Israels where I was introduced to David Thomas. David was very eager to hear my side of the issue and in our first meeting told me that " You are in good hands now". From that first meeting, David did everything he said he would. He handled my case in the courts and worked with the Crown to show them that a conviction was not likely as I was set up by a former co-worker with an axe to grind. As my advocate through a very difficult period of time for me and my family, David was able to get the Crown to agree to drop the charges. This is one GREAT LAWYER! I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing a professional that really cares about his clients. I can not be more happy with the level of service that I received and with the outcome that he managed to bring to fruition.
