Daniel knows his stuff in employment law and provided the support and guidance I needed through choppy waters to get to win-win resolution. He was clear about how to get the best result with the least legal overhead and delivered. I'd recommend Daniel for senior level severance engagements.

Daniel was friendly, responsive, and helpful from the start. He was very knowledgeable about employment law and precedents, and guided me to a fair resolution. Even though I was undoubtedly a small client in the range of clients, he responded promptly and made me feel like I as a priority. He was also clear about the options for proceeding without pushing me in one direction or the other. Highly recommend.

Daniel was friendly, empathetic, clear. He kept his communication timely and gave options whenever he could. His turnaround time was good and he helped convert an unpleasant termination end with a fair resolution

He had no intention of defending client. His goal was to arrange mediation without discovery and tell client that client did not have a good case (not true). He worked for the mediator with whom he was cozy to reach a settlement. He considered it a victory. It was a total failure. Client settled because client was afraid another lawyer would try same tactic. Stay away.

If Daniel calls you, hang up. He looks after himself, has zero consideration of his client. Celebrated Hannukah with the other side's attorney when he should have been with his client. 5% chance of success with this attorney. 95% chance you will be overcharged by over 5 times what he quotes. Truth.
