I was referred to Christhi by a very reputable lawyer in Hull.I feel it was dragged out.She is very nice and seemed to be very sympathetic to my cause. It was all about filing motions, or every 2 weeks for months meeting with the other sides lawyer or with the judge to get another continuance to meet with the other sides lawyer,&round & round we went. But the bills came in like clockwork. Every time a motion was filed I would send her my draft I had written with help from my friends, in most cases with minor changes she used what I had written, yet I got the bill for it. 3months prior to a settlement I suggested we settled but was told the other side would not settle. I said fine put me in front of the judge, back and forth for 3 months and in the end it was settled for what I had suggested with a few minor changes. Once we were done she emailed me to meet with her for "closure of the file". I said mail me the papers, but I had to meet & yes I got billed for that too.
