It appears Jodi continues to suffer the kind of health issues that caused her to continually reschedule both client, case conference and court dates, especially when they were early to mid morning. So little got accomplished other than billing for time. She feels she knows what is required in court so did not take the time to prepare. I witnessed and was subjected to two instances of this, one for another poor soul and the other which cost me a fortune. She talks a good story so was able to sweet talk me into trusting and hiring her, while not being truthful about her past legal problems. She is sharp tongued and in two instances had to be warned by the presiding judge to not speak to either me or others in that manner. She was also dishonest, with both me and the court. Search elsewhere for an ethical lawyer with a good rating.

Usually, when you see too many clinets are giving reviews of 1,1,1,1,1 and then you see one review that gives 5,5,5,5,5. it is usually given by the lawyer herself under a fake account or asking friends to do her a favour giving her review to improve the average. But people know which ones to believe. The 1,1,1,1,1 's are the real reviews. The 5,5,5,5,5 's are the fake ones.

Everyone has issues. We would hardly be human if we didn’t. Jodi Feldman has been my layer for just under 20 years. She has won not one but 2 child custody battles for me. She does her homework, has a memory like no other, impeccably organized, and knows the law. Hands down....There is no other I would want in my corner heading into trial, or negotiating my precious future time with my kids. I have a wonderful relationship with my 2 kids as a direct result of Jodi”s hard work. I am and will be forever grateful... thank you Jodi ??

This so called lawyer destroyed the lives of me and my children through her negligence and because she couldn’t remember (perhaps drunk??) I provided to her. How on earth can she STILL be practicing is all I can ask the Law Society! Destroyed my family!!!!

I have just about concluded my case with Jodi as my lawyer and I am honest to God so grateful that she was recommended to me. It was a difficult case with my parent suing me but throughout Jodi was sharp as nails. She has so much knowledge in so many aspects of law, not just family. It doesn’t matter if I contact her at 10pm or 12am, she is always there for me answering any questions I have. Although I have worked with her associates she was always in the loop and asserted herself if she thought they needed to ammend any of the documents. NOTHING was ever overlooked on my file. She has been so devoted to me as her client. Yes lawyers cost money. A law degree to this extent is not checking eap. And you get what you pay for. She is aggressive as hell in court and will mop the floor with the other lawyer. I got every dollars worth from Jodi. And there are no words to describe how grateful I am or what she has done for me and my family.

Law Society decision states that Jodi Lynee Feldman committed serious misconduct by laying to the court and other lawyer. Jodie admitted that she is suffering from Major Depression Disorder and alcohol dependence but shrink who evaluated her erred when concluding that she might not repeat wrongdoing if she undertakes treatment. It appears that her condition is progressively getting worst. She is dishonest, but she also drags her cases forever financially draining her clients, and she regularly breaches confidentiality. Jodi is not fit for legal profession and she needs psychiatric help. Feldman is danger to the public and disgrace to the Law Society; last time they suspended her for 4 months, next time she should be disbarred. It is lawyers like this that undermine public confidence in legal profession.

I am a lawyer and have known Jodi about 20 years.
Reading all the attacks is troubling because they are mean and false. I question whether some are real. I suspect most are disgruntled opponents trying to harm.
Someone posted a link to a Law Society decision and said it shows Jodi to be an unethical lawyer. People should read that decision, especially the second half. The takeaway is that you will not find a more professional and competent lawyer. She faced a brief suspension because of a misdeed on behalf of a client. She could resume practicing without restrictions. Why? Because she already dealt with her issues and did not need supervision. Read the decision. It is the equivalent of the “Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval.” Few lawyers get such glowing reviews from the Law Society.

Jodi is an alcoholic and malicious person. She makes naive people pay for her addiction. She hires me to do work for her and I am often in her office, overhearing her private conversations. She has no respect for her clients, profession nor law society. She often conspires to fraudelently harm her opponents and breggs about it to me. She is a CROOKED LAEYER so BEWARE of her!! She will take you to cleaners just to feed her addiction. You have to be crazy to take a legal advice from this mad woman!

Do not use this lawyer. She passes on everything to her associate lawyer Jas, who seems to know nothing. Jodi is very scattered and never meets any deadlines. She talks a good talk, but does not come through when needed. Manages to think she wins every case by twisting what the judge says and that does not turn into reality. Don't waste your money....$600-650 an hour for someone who always leaves you hanging out to dry.

i have worked with many lawyers i have never seen someone so attentive.so hard working.she is extremely honest.smart and works for 10 hours a day for her clientsshe treats her employees like her own family.

As a former Toronto police officer, I have a great number of lawyers that I can choose from to refer to friends when needed. Jodi represented me at a Criminal Injuries Compensation Board hearing in 1986 after I was injured in the line of duty. Compassionate, fiercely loyal, highly knowledgeable and respected, there is no one else I would recommend when you want the job done right. I have referred her to friends since 1986 many, many times and have always received great reviews. Keep up the great work Jodi !

Worst lawyer ever! Glad MK's wife took her on and helped the public uncover a scoundrel and have disciplinary action against her impos d. Although she was required to pay $25k in costs to the LSUC and lost her license to practice for a while, in my opinion, she should have been barred completely and forever from practice. Run, and run fast!
