With already an emotional and hard conflict you want someone by your side who you trust. My husband and I started off with a lawyer(not jeff) to help us in his divorce and custody proceedings. About 6 months in we felt like nothing was getting done so we switched and hired Jeff Zilkowsky. Best decision we ever did. He is worth all the money!! He communicates with you listens to what you need, and really to us is the best! We have had other friends use him which they referred us, and we have and always will put his name forward to others if they need someone to represent them. Not only does he do his research and know his stuff, he is confident and knows exactly what to say in court. He also puts your best interest time and money forward, he will do his best not to just bill time, he will help you do things on your own if that is all you can afford. Hands down one of the major reasons we have the life we have now. Happily married and shared custody of 2 wonderful kids. Thank you Jeff!!

Although no one wants to engage in a process that ends in being represented by counsel, I am so incredibly thankful that I had the opportunity to be represented by Jeff. Family Law is full of emotion and incredibly important decisions and Jeff helped me to manage each and every step. Jeff always made time for me when I needed it. He often called me outside of regular hours and it was evident that he was incredibly committed to his job. His communication with me, opposing counsel, and the court was impeccable. His demeanour was kind, but firm, and I always believed he had my very best outcome and interests first and foremost in his mind. Jeff was incredibly knowledgable and had a wealth of experience. His willingness to travel and put his clients needs before his own was evident throughout the time I worked with him. If and when I ever require legal representation again, I would absolutely retain Jeff again.

Jeff is really easy to talk too and his knowledge is outstanding. I have heard of so many guys that get the sort end of the stick in custody cases but with Jeff my out come was excellent I highly recommend Jeff to anyone.

Mr. Jeff Zilkowsky is an outstanding lawyer. He was my lawyer for 3 years and during that time he was not only extremely knowledgeable about the law but he was kind, sympathetic, understanding and always available to talk and go over every minute detail of my case. He went above and beyond what was expected of him and would frequently call me to give me updates and file reviews which would be reassuring and gave me a sense of calm which was often needed. His likable friendly personality should not be confused however with how strong of a voice & advocate he is for his clients. He fights for what's right & fair & is just the person that you would want representing you. He is passionate about what he does & his thoroughness to details makes all the difference in a case. If I were to need a lawyer again, I would call Jeff in a heartbeat. I recommend Jeff Zilkowsky to anyone looking for a wonderful lawyer.

Jeff Zilkowsky of MacLean is a very kind and thoughtful lawyer.Jeff also is organized and knows how to get things done in a timely fashion.When it comes to the courtroom, he knows what to say and makes sure that his i's are dotted and his T's are crossed.Nothing gets over looked.Jeff does not beat around the bush when it comes to your case.He is upfront and truthful and real good at explaining things in language you can understand. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Jeff Zilkowsky of MacLean Family Law Group.
Many times I would experience horrible panic attacks dealing with any court matters. The second I was in the presence of Mr. Zilkowsky a calm peace would fall over me. This is something I have never experienced in my dealings with other lawyers. I have always known my children's safety was in great hands with him.
Things that greatly stood out to me is that Mr. Zilkowsky never mispronounced my children's names, or forgot an important date even when I did because of my stress overload. Jeff would draw out important information to build my case that would never even have entered my mind as being relevant. He almost over prepared me for anything I had that was court related.
I would like to thank Mr. Zilkowsky for his dedication, compassion, support and hard work on my seemingly never ending case!
