I hired Jeffrey Robles of Riley & Partners to get a truck back from my ex who took it due to a relationship break down. The Loan was in my name and the vehicle registration was in my ex's. In my attempt to save my credit before the truck gets re-posessed I needed a court order for my ex to return the truck to me for the purpose of paying out the loan. Jerrrey took my $5000 to go to the supreme court in Oshawa. Jeffery led me on that he could get my ex served and win this case in my favor. Unfortunately, the judge disagreed and told me as there was a lien on the truck from the bank, they cannot order my ex to return the truck to me. The Judge and my lawyer were completely out to lunch as this was the wrong decision and Jeffery did not represent my case properly. Therefore, I Fired Jeffrey and he tried to double charge me when i asked for my file back. I have since hired new council and i finally won and i got my truck back !!! Jeffery cost me 5000$ for nothing!! I do not recommend hirin
