Very poor customer service. Take 5 times to get a response. Then the response is delay 6 months to a year goes by and can even get this person to respond. Do not recommend.

Unprofessional. Not knowledgeable in any area of law so it seems, but professes to be. Needs more practice at practicing law. Contrary. Unethical: speaks off the top of her head with no facts or evidence. Never prepared. Even when presented with facts or evidence, will dispute it further. Draws out litigation unnecessarily. Paperwork is a shambles and loses everything. Always late with various excuses. Switched law firms with no notice to other parties. Speaks poorly.

Simone is lovely, I've worked with her for the last couple years for a family matter/matters. There was more then a few occasions where she was up late dealing with emergency dealings for me. I appreciate the effort and work she's done for me over the years and highly recommend her.

I had Ms.Simone as my divorce lawyer until now for other matter that is under her practice.She is very kind, cooperative, and very fair. I am glad for having her as my lawyer because she cares about her clients.I recommend her and I am thankful for her because of her my life and my child's life was changed for better because she stood up for my rights.

Ms. Conrad is an outstanding lawyer. Caring, knowledgeable, personable, patient and very dedicated. Her billing is exceptionally reasonable and she truly cares about her clients and especially children when she acts in family law cases. Tenacious and on top of her files, she is a very good lawyer if you need help.
