Not even worth the retainer to meet with him. Terrible advice, and even worse at returning his calls and submitting documents to the court on time and in order. Avoid at all costs, unless he can settle immediately before initiating proceedings .

Mr.Garneau, was my lawyer for a labor law case.In my consultations with him, he was very sure about the case and made it a point for a very assertive style.However, during the proceedings, MrGarneau was not assertive at all and quite scared and cowardly of the other lawyer and not prepared for the case at all. When he became very frustrated with his performance and inadequate preparation he started becoming very bullying to me, the client, that I had not given him enough evidence, as an excuse of his shortcomings and inadequacy. He was harping on the case's weaknesses over and over and not even presenting my case's MANY strengths. When things got slightly difficult, he could not function and let me DROWN. He turned on me to force me to accept a very poor and very unfair PEANUT settlement, instead of standing up for my best interest.He let the opposing side to step all over me.I do not recommend him for any harassment case or wrongful dismissal or employee case. He's weak & a coward.
