The same person wrote the first three reviews. This attorney and her former firm NEVER represented this man. He is the OPPOSING PARTY THAT LOST at every turn by the zealous advocacy of this firm. ..........MR. J. KRUTZI.....ER, your life is destroyed because you did it by your own actions. The fact that the family law firm this attorney formerly worked for zealously advocated to protect the child that you fathered and the former wife that you tortured for years has made them the target of your mis-directed, bizarre and violent behavior. You exploit the fact that sites like this one take no steps to insure the accuracy of your statements and you rely on the fact that slander and libel have no consequences for cowardly anonymous internet writings. Beware, the law is catching up and soon you will answer to this as well. This awesome firm saved my friend from YOU

Horrible. She worked for years with the corrupt and ethically empty Attorney Peter Pittullo who fathered her as well. She dated Attorney Michael Luther. Her mother is Attorney Sissie Barker-Pittullo. Numerous malpractice cases that both her mother and father lost. They were found guilty of failing to protect a minor and had to pay over $300K+ They filed for bankruptcy, maneuvered their way through the Hawaii and California Courts, hid assets, defaulted a Federal small business loan and Britani helped them orchestrate it. Her brother was found guilty of illegal builder activities in Hawaii. Be careful consumers.

Attorney Brit Barker Pittullo, Sissie Barker, Attorney Jonathan Zitney, Attorney Peter timothy Pittullo are the lowest of the low. They are unprofessional and unethical. They excessively over bill and their work product is pathetic. Attorney Zitney also works out of the law firm of Schwartzberg & Luther, APC - Schwartzberg & Associates but his is also listed on Pittulo Esq and Pittullo, Barker and Associates. What doe this tell you? Several people have reported him to the California State Bar. Consumers beware, search the malpractice cases in Orange County, Los Angeles, San Bern etc. Search arrest records for Pittullo in San Bern and LA. Check out the Pittullo divorce in Hawaii and how quick he did his own divorce and how he will drag yours out for tens of thousands if not hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Britani Barker Pittullo was part of a group of lawyers involved in a malpractice case that I was involved with and won. They were ordered to pay approximately $439,000 for negligence. There is a long history of malpractice suits with this firm. britani's father Tim Pittullo has been arrested twice, pushed a female attorney, gets in fist fights at court and had two of his partners leave the firm quickly. Big financial troubles. An additional malpractice also lists all the attrorney's at the firm and consumers should be made aware of this.
