Mr Claros wrote a false affidavit of hiring for a Defence lawyer at Gindin,Wolson,Simmons,Roitenberg. The affidavit was wanted by the judge to undermine Supreme Court ruling R v Jordan. The affidavit indicated hiring that did NOT take place. The judge then manufactured a delay theory caused by the accused. Appeal judge used the same Actual Fraud to deny. Mr Claros was NEVER hired by me, paid by me, fired by me. The case is #164 MBQB 2017 sept.25 CANLII web site. I Never delayed the Crown, Never withheld disclosure BUT was denied my Charter rights by Actual Fraud of 2 lawyers & 2 Judges and the denials (without reason) by oversight bodies including the Chief Justice. This Man is NEVER to be trusted.
