He took advantage of me, quoted me a low rate to get me retained Then overcharged me by at least 5 times the going rate for the top attorneys. Once they had my fat retainer they billed me for reviews that were never conducted. the head attorney had no idea of my case when i spoke to him. He apologized in writing for having to get up to speed, but it was clear that all the charged entries for his review were not factual. they delayed my issues as they put other clients first. 3 month delays at a time. I gave them my returns weeks in advance, and told them i was on a business trip around April 15th. They told me I would not be owing anymore tax. Then on April 14th, in the evening on my trip they called to tell me that I owed a huge amount and would have to find a way to get on the internet and transfer the money for taxes due. crucial statements they made in writing to keep me as a client were incorrect and I received written proof that they were not by the government.
