Not recommended. We rewrote existing POA's and wills based on his recommendation that the old paperwork was "stale" and out of date. The new paperwork has been rejected by firms and banks with one bank lawyer actually laughing at the new POA. Do not recommend using their Medicaid "expert" either. Calls are not returned and the only correspondence is emails asking if we have any questions. When we ask questions, the response is that she will get back to us with answers. We have yet to receive any pertinent answers. Charged 15 thousand dollars for a printed copy of the State of Texas Medicaid application form (available free on the web) which was mailed to us.
