The bad reviews here are hilarious to anyone who knows Hilary and they are no doubt posted by people she has bested with her brilliance. Nice try. Her excellence will continue to speak volumes.

My experience with Ms. Warder was top-notch. She is very informed and experienced in the area of family law. She takes a reasonable and resolution-focused approach to her files while also advocating for her client's interests. When we speak I feel heard, and she is always generous with giving objective advice that helps me make informed decisions. I would highly recommend this counsel.

Clearly these bad reviews are posted by people who’s spouses Hilary has represented and been successful against because she in no way resembles these negative reviews. She had a major victory for me in January and I expect my ex snd his girlfriend have posted these two really bad reviews back to back. Hilary is always prepared, does her work on time, communicates regularly snd is well respected.

Thief. Disorganized. Avoids calls, cancels appointments, takes over a year to form a simple reply. Took my money 18 months ago.. and has done nothing for me or my very simple seperation agreement.

Takes your money, does nothing and sits on it while you struggle for over a year. I do not recommend this lawyer at all. She is never prepared, extremely unorganized and not looking out for her clients best and most reasonable interests.

Hilary has been the most helpful person I've encountered to get me through the family court system. She really knows her stuff and is compassionate, but direct.
