all 5's! Not for a god accountant but for overcharging you for work that I got done for half the price. He always says this is a lot of work, it is a simple tax return. He is more interested in your personal life and trying to get you to put money into a fraudulent tax shelter Do not put your money into this tax shelter, the cra will audit you

He wants to make as much money as he can off of you and he tells you he cares so much about his clients. He cares about the almighty dollar not sbout his clients stay away! Also, he lives and works at his parents house!

Mr De Bartolo was recommended to me for a tax problem I was having with CRA. He was absolutely professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. Not only did he handle the entire process of successfully overturning the CRA's original assessment, but did so with virtually no stress or worry on my part. Once he took control of the situation I was very confident in his abilities to handle my complicated file. He did not let me down. I felt extremely comfortable meeting in his home office and appreciated not having to deal with a 'downtown firm'. His fees were exceptionally reasonable and I would feel pleased to recommend him to any of my friends and relatives.

Stay away from this lawyer. This guy is a crook. Why is he a crook? I have a lot of reasons but I will give you a couple. He tried to convince me to donate to a fraudulent tax shelter, which he makes money from. He did convince me to buy a stock. That stock is no longer trading and I lost all my money. It was a scam and he probably knew it. He thinks he knows everything, trust me he doesn't. Go to another accountant, you will see he is screwing you big time.

I was referred to Mr. DeBartolo a few years ago due an urgent issue that I was having with the CRA. My then accountant had suddenly gone missing, which placed me in a very difficult position. Therefore, at that time I decided that I needed to find someone who understood the tax laws. I consider myself very fortunate in having located Mr. DeBartolo and that he agreed to take my case on. He immediately contacted the CRA and we outlined a plan of action. If anything arises I can always count on him to address it as required. He provides excellent tax advice and I refer all my contacts to him.
