Andrew Stastny is honestly one of the best lawyers I have ever had, with being in-and-out of the jail system for many years.. He’s helped me get a diversion, another case being suspended w/ another matter just having a one-day sentence. I highly recommend him as he really does know what he is doing. And the negative comments stating he should not be a lawyer etc is absolutely absurd because he clearly should be. He’s just blunt and doesn’t want to hear non-sense which wouldn’t help your case anyways. I highly recommend him and Thank you for all your hard work and getting my life back-on-track. All the best!

What can I say about Andrew Stastny, but nothing but a professional, honest, and caring lawyer. Andrew Stastny was recommended to me by a very good friend of mine. Contacting andrew Stastny was one of the best decisions I ever made after I was falsely accused of threatening my kids mother with a gun. Upon Contacting andrew and he read over my case, he assured me not to worry that her story is unbelievable and not consistent in her story her lies kept changing. The day of court he once again assured me that this is a 1, 2 win and I won't have to take the stand once he was done with her, and rest assured we won the case without me taking the stand and my kids mother incriminating herself. Where do I begin? I came to Andrew to seek legal advice and he gave me the most amateur, useless and pathetic advice. I came to him in a vulnerable place (I was assaulted) and he made me feel guilty when I was not at fault. I am writing this review soulely because I do not want ANYBODY to have the experience I had with Andrew. He is an awful person and should not be a lawyer. If he is your lawyer, I highly advise that you find someone else to provide you legal help.

He told me pleading guily is the best choice couple years dkwn the road i tell my lawyer the situstion with the disclosure and told me.. there was no reason to plead guilty. He makes you feel hopeless and because of him i got a conviction when im not suppose to. PLEASE I BEG YOU IF YOU FEEL LIKE THIS LAWYER IS PUSHING TO TAKE GUILTY PLEA OR DOESNT GET BACK TO YOU RIGHT AWAY FIND A NEW LAWYER PLEASE YOUR FUTURE IS NOT WORTH THROWING AWAY. THAT IS WHAT HAPPEND TO ME. PLEASE PLEASE ALWAYS GRT SECOND ADVICE FROM ANOTHER LAWYER. SOMEONE WHO RESPONSES QUICKLY.

Andrew gave me free legal advice in 2016 and called and spoke to police on my behalf. This year I hired him to solve the overdue matter I needed help with originally. I have had several lawyers in my life time, mostly dealing with assault charges. Andrew Stastny was the only one who delivered what he said he was going to, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. He was very professional and helped solve my matter quickly and easily. Very satisfied. If I'm ever in trouble again I know who to call.

Helped me with a case in 2019, negotiated all charges withdrawn against me before a trial was set. I never had to go back to court after I hired him. Overall would recommend.

Huge dump truck, treats you like a burden. Doesn't pick up phone calls and keeps you worrying all night long as you are left to sleep in that cold jail cell waiting for the inevitable to happen. Its hard enough that people hog phones in jail, but when your lawyer isn't doing a good job and picking up your phone calls, then you begin to feel hopeless and lose faith. Overall terrible lawyer for a first timer like me or anybody. I hope nobody goes through the same thing I've been through. All this lawyer cares about is money and doesn't discuss about your case with you.

BAD ia the word to sum up ANDREW AND HIS "service"please do not hire him, he doesn't even treat you like a person,more like you are a huge burden to him. when you MEET him, and i say "meet" is cause he wont ever return calls..only once i heard from him { within 9 months!}and when i did, he told me everything i already knew. he doesn't listen to you, he want to do all the talking and wont be shy to tell you that! he make you feel like a total burden. that is the best way to describe him, he make you feel like youre annoying him because he make you call him and leave messages cause he never answer or call you back. anyway he is really confident to the point of being arrogant, he is not reliable, he is COLD AND BOLD, very arrogant,acts like he is better than you and leaveS you feeling unsure and worried,pass on him there are many other lawyers who will get the job done right and be a decent human being towards you

Mr Stastny as help me to be a better person in life I had no money to pay him and I wasn't qualify for legal aid he work with me on a payment plan and change me less than all the other lawyer who wanted a large sum of money before they even review my case

Overall lousy. Had a very inportant case. This gentleman, if he can be called that cost me several years of my life a long with 10,000. Ended up pushing me for abiut 6 months to "take the plea". He seemed too worried about being friends with the crown and showed how knowledgeable he was about the law by pulling his canadian lawbook in the middle of court appearances to make sure he knew how to interpret things being said. Hope hes gotten better. From my experience, he has MACK written on his forehead, hes a huge dump truck.
