Mr. Bitzer received my father's case through Legal Aide, and while we had more contact with his assistant than with him, he really listened to our desired outcome & made it happen for us. We are grateful for all his hard work & patience in dealing with clients that were befuddled on the whole process & needed things explained alot!

Stephen Bitzer was an amazing lawyer. He took my case through legal aid and despite my previous criminal background he was able to have my charges dropped. I highly recommend Stephen as he is a very kind man that really takes your situation into his own hands as if it was his own. He is very intelligent and has a way with words. My boyfriend and i have known Steven for quite a few years now and it really is true that he fights for you as if he is fighting for himself. Steven is an incredibly intelligent, compassionate and hard working man that will guide you through whatever you are facing. Multiple times over the years I have seen Steven pull off miracles in the court room that i didnt think were possible. He always takes the time to listen and really understand your case. I strongly reccomend Steven. Its really worth it to have someone on your side like him when it counts.

Mr. Bitzer took on my case through legal aid when I was young and charged with a serious indictable offense. In spite of me being a stubborn and difficult client, we were able to achieve an outcome beyond my expectations. He bats for his clients, even when being paid basically nothing by legal aid. Highly recommended!

I used Mr Bitzer last year with a few charges that I had. I'm 39 years old and they were my first charges I've had in years. He was reassuring, kind, he explained things and helped me very much.I found him to be very helpful and he didn't treat me as just another client. I recommend Stephen Bitzer highly

I have never met a more incompetent lawyer. He was recommended to me by the mediator in my divorce, saying he was starting to move more from criminal to divorce cases. He was my lawyer for 18 months. My husband and I had a very friendly split and everything was decided before this lawyer was even involved. He met with me immediately and took my $5000. That was the total amount he would charge for filing a few papers. After taking my money he never bothered to meet with me. He would make plans to discuss my case and then cancel. He did this repeatedly claiming he was sick, on vacation, busy, trying to catch up. I finally fired him and demanded my money back after 18 months of crap. He refused to give back any money. I finally got an amazing lawyer who asked for my $5000 back. He refused. So she asked him to hand over all the files of the work he had done on my case in the past 18 months. There was nothing so he returned my money.
