I see that 2 previous negative comments written were deleted. It's funny how J. Sirivar "has time" to do her makeup professionally every morning to look good for court and "has time" to do Pilates everyday during her lunch break. But somehow has NO TIME TO READ A FILE! This woman wasted so much time and expense to both me and my son and errs in law. She refused to read my court file and dragged our case out for over two years and we wasted and attended multiple court appearances only to have her say "Oh, I haven't read the file yet" or "oh I'm not dealing with that today". If you can't READ A FILE AND be a proper judge, then DONT BE A JUDGE! She sends parties "out into the hallway" and says "oh deal with the matter amongst yourselves" After two years of her wasting my life, she then dismissed my entire case because she was too lazy to make a good judgment and read the file! Who ever appointed this Judge should be ashamed of themselves. PLEASE APPEAL!

I am aware of a situation involving Justice Sirivar that is extremely concerning for 2.5 year old children, upon her recent parenting decision for them. She has awarded custody to the parent with multiple issues of criminal behaviour. This behaviour has been aired out in her court with both evidence and witness statements; proving that the children are at great risk in the care of the one with these actions and untreated behavioural issues. She wouldn’t allow the individual not charged to speak during the hearing on two occasions, resulting in one sided bias hearings. It is gravely evident that she does not have the best interest of her children considering the factual evidence and criminal behaviour of the one now primarily taking care of two and half year old innocent children.

Nothing good to say at all. I’ve been before many judges, and she is the worst. Every other judge was realistic and in the best interest of the children. She did not rule in the best interest of the children. I couldn’t believe some of the words that came out of her mouth. My son’s grades dropped since visiting his dad because he wasn’t sleeping well, wasn’t getting the support he needed and her response was “well sometimes you just have bad years” an 8 year old should not have a bad year. I hope she never hears my case again
