Lorli was late for a scheduled appointment for my parents Personal Directive and Power of Attorney. She seemed scattered and did not have an admin person to notify us. Just a chair (or two) in the front area. She had recorded my son as a Granddaughter on the will. Poor proofreading. She is professional and friendly though.

I paid $400.00 for Lorli to do my will. The job was average but she did have a very long questionnaire that took a lot of time at the beginning. After a couple of months I wanted to make some changes - added a couple of beneficiaries, changed to one executor instead of three and changed percentages to dollar amounts. She charged me $675.00 for these changes which I feel is unreasonably high as the major structure was the same and far less work than the first will. I told her I was disappointed with the charge and how could it be more than the original, but she was adamant. She had said it would be $300.00 an hour of her assistant's time but I doubt these changes would have taken even an hour of time. Last time I will ever not get a total charge before I commit to a job by any lawyer.

Tried to get her to do our wills. It took forever and she tried to upcharge us $1200.00 for the work. Extremely disappointed in her work. Pulled out and went to a new lawyer and had the work done in a week and paid $600.00

Engaged for corporate law issue. Seemed to know her stuff but TERRIBLE on running her office. Poor scheduling, disorganized and scattered, simple errors were overlooked in documentation. In my experience, Lorli is not someone with strong attention to detail or great customer service.
