I was contracted with mr pastor for my social security disability claim appeal.I could never get him to call me thru the entire year I was with him.At my hearing he was reprimended by the judge-he hadnt submitted not one piece of info for my appeal.His response was his wife was dying.I lost the appeal.It took me nearly 2 months to get him to sign off of my case.He refused to sign off of my case until the next appeal deadline had past.I now have no attorney,I did appeal to the appeals council.I can not get anyone to represent me now. It took a year and they have allowed me a new ALJ hearing!Now I have to try to find someone to help me!Dont sign anything with Stuart Pastor. He couldve handed my case to another council.
