My father hired Neff as his trust attorney. Soon after my father and mother died, my brother went to Neff on his own. From then on both Neff and the accountant were unprofessional. I warned all three there was the appearance of impropriety and I would be watching very carefully. Although the trust was supposed to be divided 50-50 between my brother and myself after other giftings,the final document, which all three had signed, gave the great majority of the estate to my wealthy brother. I called them all three out on this grievous error, and did not sign the document. Neff then had to correct the document before I would sign it. I had just lost my father my mother and my closest aunt within a period of months. I was exhausted and grief-stricken,and also shocked at my brother's fraud, and did not have the energy to pursue legal redress for the malpractice. I also lived across the country.
