We joined Mr. Kylie's firm. We joined Mr. Kylie's firm because of his website claims. Mr. Kylie had a lawyer working for him named Mr. Annen. Mr. Kylie suddenly severed his relationship with Mr. Annen, WITHOUT giving us (his clients) any previous knowledge of this severing. AND we were not provided with a choice to stay with the Kylie firm (for which we had started and for which we had chosen). We were basically told we had no choice but to continue with Mr. Annen who screwed up our case. We were overcharged for Mr. Annen's services while we were STILL with Mr. Kylie's firm. We were told that this overcharged would be fixed. We were provided with an apology for the overcharge. We received no refund. When the chips fall Mr. Kylie looks after himself!
