This is a dangerous Crown Attorney who personally fabricates evidence, and apparently engages in "Judge Shopping". In an appeal of conviction, the Crown waited until the judge with a conflict in the matter appeared on the list. As soon as that information became available the Crown Luke Schwalm filed the Respondent's factum.
