Hedy has been an amazing help in my case. She explains things clearly and answers all my questions. Unlike my last lawyers, she never makes me feel like I'm wasting her time or like she's trying to just make as much money as possible. I feel like her priority is always what's best and least stressful for me, and I always feel like I'm in a strong position and in control of the direction of my case after I speak to Hedy. If you want a lawyer who actually cares about what's best for you and not just going through the motions, I highly recommend Hedy.

Save your money. She is not a court room litigater .No settlement or paultry settlement . Threw my case .She has a disability and has affected her lawyering . Read above comment and go elsewhere . Fraud .

Hedy represented me in a lawsuit against the TTC. She was extremely knowledgeable in the area and fought intensely to secure me the best possible settlement before ever going to trial. She kept me apprised of each stage and represented me passionately in my David vs Goliath ordeal. I would absolutely recommend Hedy Epstein to anyone who wants positive results obtained in their lawsuits.

Very nice lady, means well, but severely Un-knowledgable in civil law and litigation. If you want a Martha Stewart to hold your hand retain her, if you want a forth right bull dog - look else where. We invested $20k in a civil matter, she did irreparable damage to our case and had to look elsewhere. Also, she is biased against men when it comes to women, she will not pursue the law regardless of how criminal the female has damaged your life or legal matter, perhaps this is bitterness from personal experience, however, cripples your legal matter deplorably.
