BEWARE!!! This very inexperienced excuse for a lawyer will want a guilty plea without any proper research into why charge was laid. I know because my son now has a criminal record. He said "a conditional discharge is not a criminal conviction". We accepted him at his word and now my 22 year old attending college for computer security is SCREWED for life.BEWARE!!!
