I’ve tried many lawyers and Robert Ballance was beyond one of the worst. I don’t even have the words to describe how useless he was in my divorce proceedings. I honestly felt like he worked for the other side. He contradicted himself often, and made no progress for ridiculously substantial amounts of money. I felt completely taken advantage of and ended up having to hire another lawyer to do what he couldn’t. My suggestion is you look elsewhere!

Horrible representation. Impossible to get a hold of him either by email or telephone. He hides behind his secretary/legal assistant. Just like the rest of them, a money grabbing lawyer with not a care in the world about the client. Wouldn't deal with him again if he was the last lawyer available. Be careful with this guy.
