I hired Guy Haywood to represent me for my divorce in 2009. He 5000.00 of my hard earned money and quite before my divorce hearing. He told me he could not win against my Ex-Wife's atty Yanagida. He did show up for the hearing and agreed with my Ex and her atty that I should not be present while they negotiated my divorce. He made sure that my ex got all 3 properties in Wailea one them my home. He also gave my ex my business that I worked 12 years to build so I would have no income. What I got was the mortgages and my ex kept the real estate without paying a dime. Also he gave her all of our bank accounts and the line of credit that I had to pay back which was a total of 2.5 million. So needless to say I could NOT afford to pay the mortgages ($15,000.00) a month. She took over $300,000.00 in the account plus 75,000 from the equity line. All of which Guy agreed that I should pay with zero income. To this day I do not know what was said in court that day in April 2009. Left homeless!
