On the 12th of June, 1995 Susan Ruttan wrote on behalf of the veteran on his second application to the Canadian Pension Commission ---"I regret therefore that the issues of medical misadventure was not caused in our second application to the commission and assume you that it was not through any fault on the part of the veteran."--- She repeated a similar statement in a previous paragraph. Susan E Ruttans failure to forward documents resulted in the second application being wasted and in a loss to the veteran as the application numbers are limited. Furthermore S Ruttan kept the information from the veteran for 20 years, this information came to the veterans attention in the spring of 2015.

Contiunually ignored me when I tried to communicate with her. She will write a letter to the Veterans Review and Appeal Board with errors in it without letting the client see the letter first. I had to complain to the Law Society of British Columbia since she refused to communicate with me before she would finally communicate with me.
