Do not retain this firm. The lack of communication begins as you walk in the door. The lawyer's admin person is a horrible communicator and the lawyer hides behind her admin. After I paid my retainer, I was told I had to secure a florida driver's license, even though I told the admin that I was not going to surrender my home state license. I emailed five times, called four times and have never received a concrete answer. After 2 months I retained another lawyer who has been incredible. When I asked for a refund of my retainer, the admin said there are no refunds. I asked why that information wasn't provided to me BEFORE they accepted my $300, knowing I had just moved to Florida. They even made a copy of my driver's license, issued from another state and still accepted my retainer. The new attorney I retained said much of the information provided by Croce was wrong. Her admin said I had to be a resident of Florida for 1 year before I could file. Not true. Again, do not use this firm.

THIEF...LIAR..Does not go over fine details of bankruptcy what to or not do, file or not, alternative, then tells you to just stop paying your debts, even though they are current, takes your money but when something tragic happens and you let them know and try your best, she wants you to hurry up now since you are in a terrible situation, and will keep all your money even though she has not done any work at all, only collect and deposit your money. Totally unethical, morally bankrupt is what she is! Completely disgusting...stole 2000.00 and closes your case having done nothing..zero..

I've known Avie for many years and I couldn't imagine using any other attorney to help with debt or bankruptcy issues. She's simply the best.

I would not recommend this firm to anyone. We felt the customer service and communication was awful and not helpful to us.
