Failed to name the right plaintiffs, defendants, causes and failed to designate expert witnesses (including himself) by the docket control order date. After I terminated Brown and his partner, I had to pay another attorney to file pleading after pleading to clean up case in time for the damages only bench trial. I didn't recover any of my legal fees which I would have been entitled. The courts denied the late designation filing due to Brown's failing to file in a timely manner. But he billed me almost $24K. The Judge ruled in my favor and awarded all of my building cost increases, housing and other damages related to the case. My attorney handling the case said I should have gotten my attorney fees but Brown didn't designate witnesses even though I met with him and emailed him for 2 weeks prior to the date asking when my damages were due to the Judge.
