3/16/23	1	1	1	1	1	I paid this lawfirm for a consult and I was told that one of their lawyers would be able to take me on after outlining the discrimination I went through in my custody case. But that ended up being a lie. I never would have wasted money on a consultation fee if I knew they wouldn't be able to take me on as a client in the first place. I Called them to see if i could get my consultation fee back so that I could get a lawyer elsewhere and they have never gotten back to me even though I have e-mailed and called multiple times. I originally really liked Uphar from talking with her over the phone and was excited to be able to get help, but i ended up frustrated because it seems like all they cared about is taking money and not following through on promises and commitments to their clients. Not the greatest integrity. I wouldn't reccomend Uphar or Danu Dhaliwal Law group.

9/20/17	1	1	1	1	1	this attorney was with me previously and i rehired her and wish i never did. I am now still working with her as it is to late as i am in the middle of an ugly custody battle. She overcharges and under delivers. I would recommend everyone to stay away from her and i am just waiting for my case to settle down before i switch as she is a totally incompetent idiot and doesnt trust her clients but almost works for the opposition more than her own clients by being so careless. run if you are considering her and i am on the verge of running but just can't right now.
4/10/17	5	5	5	5	5	She was working as Duty council in family court and SAVED ME! She recognized I was in over my head and stepped in, guided me and overall took charge. She was able to get the order set in place I was looking for. Best thing is I get to take my kids on a Father Daughter Trip.

She was very knowledgeable on my matter and exceeded my expectations. I found her to be honest and forthright. Her communication skills in court were impressive. Furthermore I would not hesitate to recommend Uphar as a competent lawyer.

11/14/14	3	1	1	1	1	A family friend provided me with a list of lawyers to try. I retained her without doing any investigating - what a huge mistake that turned out to be. Beware of this woman. She is dishonest, inexperienced, narcissistic and unprofessional. She is unorganised, always late, does not follow through and overcharges. Do not trust her with your sensitive family law matters.
