This lawyer filed a writ and a claim for my son and himself to sue the Corporation of the District of Saanich around the same time that he was still suing the City of Vancouver himself. He was more intent on getting money from the City of Vancouver for wrongfully arresting himself, than anything for my son who was Taser Tortured in his bedroom in 2005. He delayed working on the case and never actually even contacted my son in person - left me without any legal recourse except to statement of loss of employment income with Federal Tax Court and Revenue Canada and Service Canada. He referred the matter to one of his associates John Richardson, of Pivot Legal who wasted $1500 of more of our money giving bad legal advice and allowing the Defendants' lawyer (MIchael Hargreaves) to do more Post-Taser Attack psychological torture of my son and myself, and threatening with more extortion, using private information to lie to Justice G. Parett on 1/9/2009, that Torture is not a crime in BC
