Does not ask right questions , blames client later for not pointing out.Will not fight for you unless you are perfect , if you have faults , will press you to explain and will not fight for you due to your faults even if they are minor instead will push for settling your case outside of Courtroom for anything but not what you deserve or want . Especially if you are from different country and don't know the US Law you will be dooped.
