I had the privilege of having John Gemelli as my attorney during my divorce case. John was a wonderful representative of calm preparedness during what became a lengthy and tenacious divorce litigation. I so appreciated his expertise and knowledge of the law, his calming presence, and his polite and respectful attitude in the courtroom, and outside of it. He helped me to stay focused on the larger picture, and he worked on my case in a caring and timely manner. His support and dedication are beyond any one can imagine.

He took money and pretended to file a case...stringed client along with one lie after another for maybe 1 year. Claimed he was speaking with the Court, the other spouse....ALL OF IT A LIE..later we found out he NEVER filed for an index number and no case was ever started. When he was confronted he acknowledged his fraud in an apology letter. Pathetic liar.

If you want an attorney who wins his case by adjournments until the other party loses his/her patience, he is the man;If you want an attorney who does not communicate with you, he is the man; and if you want an attorney who is too busy even to know your case well enough to represent you, he is your man. His nickname among his colleagues is "The King of Adjournment". Don't waste your time and money with him. John is a very nice guy who knows a lot about things in general. But if your opponent have a tough lawyer, he is not your man.

John Gemelli is the best!! John Gemelli took on my wife's battle with her ex husband and did a remarkable job getting though the BS and uncovering the truth. He does not accept any nonsense from anyone including the judge. He fought our fight like it was his and won on every point. John court room presents was unbelievable and he is one of the smartest men I have ever met. I would recommend John to anyone who needs an attorney, he truly is the best

Well mr gemeilli was my lawyer in 2009 to 2010 we had butted heads but he saved my two kids from my ex wife an got me full custody. as far as knowledge he is one of the best ! if I had to do it again I would still ask him to be my lawyer. EVEN IF WE DO NOT SPEAK MY KIDS ARE SAFE AND ON THEIR WAY IN LIFE

Did not give my case the attention it required and did not return phone calls. My case was negatively affected by his lack of service and communication.

Mr. Gemelli actually had the courage to try to blame me for him screwing up my custody case. John Gemelli looks out for no one before himself. His advice led to the lose of my children, and the ONLY thing I did was follow his advice. When I asked around I found out he has had several former clients pursue him for damages. For no reason ever expect him to return phone calls, give your case the time it needs, or otherwise help you through a very difficult process. I would call into his office for days in a row before getting a rude call back asking me what I "want". Arogant and self centered to a fault. Actualy refered a former client to the District Attorney to press charges over an $800.00 check. You can find better, all you need do is look.

I am going threw a divorce after 35 yrs of marriage and was very scared..Thanks to Mr John Gemelli and Chrisitine Biancaniello, I am now able to say they only are doing the best for me and made me feel like I can get threw this they gave me a sense of smarts and self worth ..They take the time to be soft and yet strong in knowing just what to do for me..Christine is younger than my daughter and I can only say I am so proud to have her as my lawyer next to Mr Gemelli...The staff welcomes you with a smile and knows how hard a divorce can be but the warmth in the office proves you are not jst a number they care....John Gemelli can be tuff but knows just wht he is doing ..So proud to say I hired them... Christine and John will always have a special place in my heart for they have walked me threw and Help me during the time in my life where I didnt know what to do .. John Gemelli is my wife's lawyer in an ongoing divorce. Recently he ran into my lawyer at court and stated with a smirk that my case is going to be his "cash cow". My wife and I do have considerable assets. If you are looking for a lawyer who puts lining his pockets above the concerns of his client, by all means go with Gemelli. I'm sure you can also find a surgeon who is willing to do unnecessary surgery as long as your insurance company is willing to pay him or her.

I just read some of these reviews of John and I just want everyone who reads this site to know that he is a great attorney. He won me custody for my children. He found hidden assets of my husband and his support staff answered many of my questions. I would highly recommend John and his office to any of my friends, relatives and associates...Infact I received Johns name from a former adversary of Johns.

Watch out, he only cares about your money, most of these types of lawyers are the same but if you look hard enough you can find a lawyer who cares about children and families and can also be competent.Gemelli is a parasite who prays on families who are suffering and will only compound the problem with lies. Not to be trusted.
