My original lawyer changed firms and her office was too far away so I switched to Mrs. Leite. Worst decision ever! She was insensitive and showed no empathy. She would go MIA for weeks and then forget what we talked about previously. My ex kept ignoring her emails, but she'd keep sending them and charging me. When he refused to pay to mediate and I wanted to take him to court she refused. I spent thousands of dollars with her and got no where!

Rude and exteme beligerant petson. Natacha will tell all you want to hear in order to get your business, after that she will not respond to your emails, will not return phone calls and will miss import deadlines. She will overcharge you while not delivering the work. Save yourself the headache and find a different lawyer

She is rude, beligerant, will.miss important deadlines and will take all your money and abandon you in the middle of the mess she created. She is unprofessional, unresponsive and will ignore ypur requests for explanation. Once she has taken enough of.your money, she will show exactly who she is. She will as far as to.hold your documentation and won't provide them to you upon request. Find yourself a different lawyer! She will only help herself and is always too busy to deal woth clients needs.

I live in the USA, but my children and ex live in Toronto. I have been in Court for years and the battle never seemed to end until I hired Natacha Leite. I had struggled for some time to find a good lawyer and even represented myself for a period of time. My ex-wife’s lawyer was brutal and rude. Natacha was recommended to me by a friend whose ex-husband was represented by Natacha. She is AMAZING. She is blunt and direct. Her non-sense approach got things moving. Natacha is simply a wonderful lawyer. She took on my case and was always clear and honest with her approach. She was fast with replies, emails and phone calls. Natacha was exceptional when it came to drafting responses to my ex’s lawyer, she never skipped a beat and was incredible when it came to the smallest details of my case. Bad lawyer and horrible attitude. Possibly because, as she put it, and I quote, "I haven't had my coffee yet". She's incompetent and rude too, do not hire her. She'll very likely screw you over and with a disgustingly gross attitude. In my opinion, she'll likely put your kids at risk if you hire her. Run for the hills, and hire anyone else people.

Natacha Leite is the best! My former lawyer did collaborative law. problem was that my ex does not collaborate on anything. I needed someone very strong. Natacha was recommended to me by a former coworker of hers. I was looking for someone who would not back down and would see through my take on my narcissistic, abusive ex husband! While we were ready to go to court, Natacha helped me settle out of court. Natacha is strong and very knowledgeable. If you are dealing w a power hungry, controlling ex, Natacha is the one you need representing you! She is the best.

I was referred to Natacha Leite by a co-worker and i don't regret the decision of changing lawyers to Natacha. I have been in Court for years, and it was a difficult to change to a new lawyer; however, it was the best decision i have ever done. Natacha is excellent at dealing with high conflict cases. My ex is a narcissist. His lawyer was completely unreasonable and very aggressive. Natacha had no issues handling both of them. We would attend court and both my Ex and his lawyer would be yelling at Natacha. No matter - Natacha was a pro at handling them. We then went inside the Court room and won the motion. My ex was ordered to pay $27,000 in costs. At every court appearance, Natacha is prepared. She is excellent at explaining everything to me. Bottom line she knows her stuff and she knows how to take charge of a file. I do not hesitate to refer her.

I retained Natacha Leite in Oct 2018 for help with Trial preparation in child support matter where I was self-represented and the other lawyer was doing everything to confuse me and misrepresent the facts in my ex’s favor. I was afraid that I would lose the trial and pay for other party’s cost. Natacha reviewed the documents, helped me prepare and guided me at every step of the trial, including representing me at trial management conference and preparing final written submissions. Natacha’s guidance and her remarkable written submissions for trial, helped me win on some key issues, and I was successful in getting some cost from my ex.

Natasha was recommended to me by a mediation lawyer.
Unable to settle amicably with my ex the case ended up in court.
Not being able to represent me in court, the mediator had to find a bilingual lawyer who could represent me for this case, which was becoming more and more difficult.
Following his research through multiple lawyers, based on her qualifications and being bilingual Natasha ended up being the best lawyer for my case.
After discussing my case and thoroughly going through all the information from the mediator, Natasha being very details-oriented took the appropriate and necessary measures to manage my case. Natasha did so well that my ex even change lawyer through the process of this case.

It should have an Excellent option because that is what better describes Natasha and her excellent work. I went to see Natasha based solely on her reviews and was not disappointed. An awful character! She is Too aggressive to be working in the area of family law where one needs to have some compassion especially for separations where children are involved. She will manipulate the facts and stir more problems for both parties and will make unreasonable requests from the other party so she can drag the matter on and continue with the back and forth to bill her clients more. She is Very unprofessional as she makes the issues relating to the case personal to the point you would think she is the one getting separated. She is not s nice person or a professional lawyer. She likes to give the idea she’s on your side because she cares about her bottom line than she does about your peace of mind or your kids.

My wife and I recently (Oct. 2015) had a requirement to update our wills and various powers of attorney (POA)... the last time they were done was over 20 years ago, and family circumstances have significantly changed. Natacha Leite was the lawyer we worked with.... and she was both very personable, knowledgeable and professional. Our first meeting was an exploratory consultation where we showed her the older documentation. She made insightful commentary during our review, mentioned changes that had occurred over time to the content of wills and POA's, and then discussed our wish list of modifications. At our next & final meeting, Natacha went through our new wills and POA's very methodically, explaining the content as she was going... and making minor modifications as they arose based on our questioning and interpretations. Over all, we experienced a very pleasant process and enjoyed working with Natacha and would recommend her highly.
