I reached out to Levitt LLP and paid the $250.00 for 30 minute conversation. Completely unprepared, didn’t even have the documents I had sent ahead of time for review. Followed his advice and refused to accept my employers terms. Unable to negotiate a settlement on my own I called back to find out the details of his contingency fee or fee structure . I was advised that I would need to pay another “consult” fee to find this out.
