Richard is an extremely competent and talented lawyer who represented me in a very difficult case. After much research and a referral from a trusted friend, I chose Richard to represent me. Negotiating a separation agreement with a difficult and entitled ex-partner was difficult. Richard used his vast experience, knowledge and expertise throughout the whole process. Knowing that Richard was able to stand ground, representing me and my family's best interests was incredibly reassuring. Richard listened to my needs and did not hesitate to give his opinions on sometimes difficult but the best paths to proceed. Unfortunately, my case required us to go to court. Again, Richard used his experience in court and a vast knowledge of procedures and case laws to win the confidence and respect of the judge, thus achieving rulings in my favour. I cannot recommend Richard highly enough. He and his firm operate with passion, compassion, integrity and above of all honesty.

I was referred to Richard from a friend after my ex failed to complete her cohabitation agreement and she left. I was beyond stressed when I walked into Richards office. Richard extracted the info he needed from me and helped me stay calm. I had no idea where I stood on my righs with respect to my own money and had much more in the home than my ex.He gave me 2 mandates to peruse, leaving the decision for me to make. Richard hit the other side with 2 letters that were strong, clear but left the door open to the other side for a peaceful resolve. Staff council Samantha Greenspan also participated, also excellent. I’ve reviewed Samantha separately. I’d use Richard again in an instant and will for my next cohabitation agreement. We settled out of court with a conclusion I was very happy with.
