Daryl represented my ex-partner during our legal proceedings. His approach seemed heavily focused on generating a high volume of correspondence, which, in my view, served more to escalate the conflict and in turn his legal fees, rather than resolving our issues in an efficient manner. It appeared to me that the firm's strategy targets wealthier clients with the intention of prolonging disputes. Remarkably, it seemed that my ex-partner may have incurred more in legal fees with Daryl than the sum I initially sought. When our case proceeded to trial, Daryl's performance did not live up to his hourly rate. His litigation skills were underwhelming, and his cross-examination techniques were notably lacking. However, a silver lining was that my final settlement ended up being significantly higher than what I originally sought. While Daryl may have some success in shorter court appearances, his effectiveness notably diminishes in the context of a full trial. Thank you Daryl!
