My case hadn't even STARTED and the Judge threw it out right away when I asked for an adjournment (day #1) CAS lawyer ( Tamara Maurer) FORGED my signature to a document and got caught, admitted it and the Judge (Justice Glithero) said " well, this isn't a criminal courtroom"... . I now owe $7000 to CAS's lawyers. I have the audio transcript which I purchased from the court of that date ....there were also MANY other lawyers in the courtroom at the time also who witnessed this.
I didn't have a lawyer. Yet. I'm a single mother on maternity leave. (2014)
