I’ve had the pleasure of working with Mr. Rashdi on a real estate transaction, and I don’t know what to say other than he’s an exceptional lawyer in all aspects. His erudite knowledge in the areas that he practises, his professionalism and his devotion to serving his clients made me wish that I had somebody like him by my side for my troubled past dealings. Having worked with several lawyers in the past makes me appreciate him even more because he’s someone you can always count on when you need help. One of my biggest regrets was not doing more research when looking for a law professional, otherwise I would have known Mr. Rashdi much sooner and that would make my life so much easier. I’ll be entrusting him with all of my law-related matters from now on. An absolutely amazing lawyer and I can’t wait to recommend him to everybody that I know for his services.

I had been putting off having a will done and then a friend highly recommended Baqa. He explained the process to me, and his prices were very fair. Baqa did a great job and he was professional and patient. I also discussed another issue with; he offered to send an email to the other party...no charge. Thank you Baqa!

We had a real estate closing and we live in oshawa area. The deal had some complications and was extended a few times due to our fault. Rashdi went out of his way to do a lot of extra work but didn't charge us a penny more than he had quoted. He personally took care of our file and offered his mobile signing service for free. We have local lawyers but none was as competitively priced as him plus we had the convenience of signing everything at our home. Love the service and communication will do business again.

Quick closing got it done even though the mortgage documents for two mortgages came the day of closing. Made it so easy by having moving signing and got our keys couriered to us as we were stuck loading our moving truck

Quick and efficient. Doesn't waste your time. Is clear with his instructions and quick to follow up with your questions. I would not hestitate to use him again and to refer people to him. Gives great advice. Only criticism, his receptionist is not the most accommodating. But, he rectifies the situation asap. He's really on the ball.

Baqa Rashidi is a lawyer, mentor and a counsellor. He is extremely professional and handles cases in such a fashion that success is almost guaranteed. the dedication, perseverance and devotion make the case to achieve the goal. I really loved the way he helped me with all the business registrations I had and gave me advice on what I should do for each registration. He may have an expensive car but a very humble guy. I had great experience with him. Ask these negative reviews are written by the same person and I think it is some jealous person. You can see by duplicate negative ratings removed. I had a family case that I brought to him from another lawyer it was a very bad situation. Other lawyer had messed it up. It took a few months but it was fixed. Thank you so much everyone don't read these negative reviews its all lies. He was a good lawyer tonne and my children are greatful

Probably the worst lawyer of all times..this guy should be arrested and put in prison..i think the positive reviews were written by himself..he was representing me for a case for which he didnt even showed up in court..he didnt picked up my phone calls ..all he was interested was in my money..because of this useless lawyer i came under soo much stress ...i lost my case..bc he wouldnt pick up my phone calls and took the whole amount before the case started..had no knowledge about my case..i went to another lawyer he dismissed my case completely in 2 weeks...i went on with my life..but all his clients whom he has taken the money from and showing off in his old bentley please resport this lawyer to the bar association so his lawyer license be cancelled and he should be arrested..big fraudster is this guy..beware!!!!

Baqa Rashdi has been my lawyer for the past 5 years. I have used his services for many different areas of law. He has always been my go to lawyer whenever there was a need. Every time I received the utmost respect as a client and my case was treated as a priority. I have seen him in Court fighting, negotiating, settling cases. He is a master at the art of cross examination. I watched him destroy the credibility of 6 police officers on the witness stand. I am a happy camper and will continue to retain his services for many years. He has been nothing but excellent and given me and people I sent to him quality service. I was referred to him because he is ethical, honest yet aggressive when needs to be this man gets results. Not only does he continue to represent me but there was one case where I was unable to pay. This kind man continued and completed my case without the entire 2nd half of the payment. Thats the kind of guy he is. I would refer anyone to him I would not go to anyone else

I along with a co defendant were charged with planning and stabbing a person. I came to Mr. Baqa Rashdi after many people recommended him. This was the worst time of my life as I was looking at serious jail time. Rashdi went through all our documents and made us feel at ease that he would take care of it. He was so smart and knows the law so well. It was a lengthy court matter and he fought it in the Court every time he went. At the end of it I am happy to tell you that all my charges were dismissed. Baqa Rashdi found every little discrepancy and deficiency in the crowns case and they were left with no choice but to withdraw. On the other hand the other co-accused that was represented by another lawyer ended up pleading guilty. Mr. Rashdi was the real MVP of this case. He did what others couldnt do. Thank you for everything.

I am international student and studying Post graduation. My college has suspended me and my friend for representing fraud document. We have explained everything many times but they did not listen. Finally we appealed in school and Mr.Baqa he came in appeal and shut everyone and proved ourselves innocent. He is best lawyer according to me as I have visited many lawyers in toronto.

I had a case against a travel agency that sold me the wrong ticket and then canceled it last minute. they then told me to buy a new ticket for more than full price because it was close to the date. our confirmed flight was cancelled and turned into a non confirmed ticket. Because of that me and my whole family were stuck in a third world country because all flights back were full. It caused us a lot of emotional stress and family problems. Rashdi law firm took our case and the other side didnt want to settle. Rashdi took the case to trial against the big travel agent and his team of lawyers. Rashdi was an expert at cross examining all the witnesses and they looked like incompetent liars. RASHDI WON MY CASE AND $$ TO ME AND MY FAMILY. THANK YOU RASHDI I RECOMMEND YOU TO EVERYONE.

Baqa Rashdi is an excellent lawyer whose knowledgeability is evident in his work. I came to his Office with a case regarding my kids and after dealing with the stresses of Court before, having a lawyer like him by my side made all the difference. He kept me up to speed on details of the case and made sure to return calls promptly.
