I would not hestitate to use him again and to refer people to him. Gives great advice. Only criticism, his receptionist is not the most accommodating. But, he rectifies the situation asap. You can see by duplicate negative ratings removed. I had a family case that I brought to him from another lawyer it was a very bad situation. Other lawyer had messed it up. It took a few months but it was fixed. Thank you so much everyone don't read these negative reviews its all lies. He was a good lawyer tonne and my children are greatful

Every time I received the utmost respect as a client and my case was treated as a priority. I have seen him in Court fighting, negotiating, settling cases. He is a master at the art of cross examination. I watched him destroy the credibility of 6 police officers on the witness stand. I am a happy camper and will continue to retain his services for many years. He has been nothing but excellent and given me and people I sent to him quality service. I was referred to him because he is ethical, honest yet aggressive when needs to be this man gets results. Not only does he continue to represent me but there was one case where I was unable to pay. This kind man continued and completed my case without the entire 2nd half of the payment. Thats the kind of guy he is. I would refer anyone to him I would not go to anyone else
	1/8/16	5	5	5	5	5	I along with a co defendant were charged with planning and stabbing a person. I came to Mr. Baqa Rashdi after many people recommended him. This was the worst time of my life as I was looking at serious jail time. Rashdi went through all our documents and made us feel at ease that he would take care of it. He was so smart and knows the law so well. It was a lengthy court matter and he fought it in the Court every time he went. At the end of it I am happy to tell you that all my charges were dismissed. Baqa Rashdi found every little discrepancy and deficiency in the crowns case and they were left with no choice but to withdraw. On the other hand the other co-accused that was represented by another lawyer ended up pleading guilty. Mr. Rashdi was the real MVP of this case. He did what others couldnt do. Thank you for everything.

We have explained everything many times but they did not listen. Finally we appealed in school and Mr.Baqa he came in appeal and shut everyone and proved ourselves innocent. He is best lawyer according to me as I have visited many lawyers in toronto.

I came to his Office with a case regarding my kids and after dealing with the stresses of Court before, having a lawyer like him by my side made all the difference. He kept me up to speed on details of the case and made sure to return calls promptly. The results in the end were far beyond my expectations and having an all-around great experience with Baqa, I would definitely recommend his Office to anyone
