I've only known davin to go towards things that he feels passionate for to give truth and bring in justices to the light he's not afraid to go against the police he's got a reputation protest defense & defending victims of the police and police brutality

I had Davin recommended to me by a friend who held him in high regard. I will forever be grateful for not just his professionalism but the assurance and emotional nuance he conducted himself with throughout my 2 year long case. When I felt hopeless, with my word coming against against the words of some officers of the law, Davin was able to provide me with the best possible outcome of my messy situation.

Davin is a great lawyer he enjoys his work and takes pride in his cases that he takes. I just want to say thank you Davin for everything i know in the beginning there was a bit of uncertainty in my case but over all I knew we would stick it to the man. Davin is a lawyer that knows the book and our rights, more than you know. He is the best lawyer I know, one who will fight for the little people who become victims of police officers and there actions.

Not only has Davin Charney represented me with pride, he has represented our community by not backing down from the police and taking initiative where others haven't by not being afraid to stand up for the people that have been victimized by the police. He filed multiple lawsuits and is involved with OCAP and tent city protests for the homeless. I think that Davin Charney is a vital part of this community. We need more lawyers that are not afraid to fight for what is right and to obtain justice for victims of police brutality. I felt Davin is very knowledgeable. It made sense to me to obtain Mr. Charney as counsel due to his honesty and integrity in the cases he accepts. Thank you for your time. Sean H.
