Dear Mr. Noor, I have been meaning to write this long awaited thank you letter to you for your legal services. Two years ago, my husband and I purchased our first home. A few days later, my father in law passed away. The closing date was 30 days away and the lawyer our real estate agent recommended was not very accommodating to our needs. When I called your office, I was put through to you right away. You found time in your busy schedule to accommodate us during the busiest time of the year. When there was an error made by the City of Toronto on land transfer fees, you made a payment on our behalf trusting that I will pay you back thereby not causing unnecessary delays.
