Ian has got to be one of the worst lawyers I have come across. As stated in previous comments, Ian does not show up for his clients. My son had a simple breech and Ian failed him, not just once, but several times. He lacks communication and in my opinion is NOT very knowledgeable when it comes to the law. If you’re looking for a good lawyer, Ian mccuaig is not your man.

My case was very complicated. Five different lawyers were involved in my defence. Ian was extraordinarily capable & competent. He was respectful of me and my input. He was quickly and fully responsive when I had questions or raised issues. Ultimately, because of Ian, the charges were dropped.

Mr. Mcuuaig is a horrible lawyer. He screwed me when he told me to address my bail conditions by myself without counsel and then when they would not alter them, I ended up in jail on a bail breach and Ian never showed up for any of my bail hearings for days on end when I asked him to and the only person who actually ended up getting me out was the duty counsel. Which was horrible because I hired Ian to represent me. Also, he was so confident he could win my trial but lost horribly and did not seem to have very good legal skills to be able to win because he was way too overconfident to a point that he lost and could not believe it. I find him a lawyer that does things without complete preparation but merely tries out something in the moment. I am very disappointed with Ian Mccuaig, do not hire him because you will be let down, i had a terrible experience with him!

Nice guy.. If you're looking for a friend. Catfish in a shark tank however. And seems to follow the crowns lead

Ian is a super Lawyer. He is highly educated and this is reflected in his work. Ian is new, however, I recommend that you trust this lawyer because in my opinion, he is worth every cent. He has excellent communication skills. He will always call you back. He rarely ever leaves you waiting for long periods of time without having a legitimate reason. Ian is the sort of person that you can talk to like a normal human being. He does not have an ego. He is very helpful and is a very honest and caring person. With all of that being said, Ian can flip the switch when required and is able to get into a mode that displays knowledge of the courtroom and one that exudes confidence when dealing with important matters. I recommend Ian McCuaig.
