Mr. Zoldan won me a ton of money for a sexual harassment suit against a fortune 200 company. It was a long time coming and I feel vindicated in my results. He took me through the EEOC into filing a lawsuit in Federal Court and then settling at mediation. The process was explained to me perfectly and the results were better than expected. Mr. Zoldan fights for the people who don't know the law and have little voices out there over big corporations.

We had a very bad experience with this attorney. Our original meeting we were told that we had a solid case against my wife's employer for discrimination under the ADA. Then when we went to mediation with the EEOC our attorney didn't say a thing to help our case and we feel he didn't even know our circumstances. He was very unprepared for the mediation. Thus the employer walked out and we got nowhere. This attorney is very young and inexpuerenced. So we got screwed by her employer and we got screwed by our attorney. Then we discussed the possibility of taking this employer to court and our attorney completely changed his tune and asked for a 5K retainer and said we really didn't have a case. Whereas previously he led us to believe that if the mediation didn't go well that we could win in court and his fee would be a percentage of the possible win with no retainer. This guy just lied his way thru all our conversations and didn't know what he was doing. Go with seasoned professional!
