Scary smart. Reviewed my file and told me almost EXACTLY what the judge would order. I can't imagine going to any other family lawyer in Nanaimo.

if you want to be financially gouged while participating with a disrespectful lawyer in all fronts of ethics and breeching of privacy is of no concern, in my opinion I would rate this lawyer with the highest possible score

I spent almost three years and 60,000$ with Trent during my divorce fiasco. I never found him to be aggressive assertive or take the lead with any of the proceedings. In the end we went to court and my ex who was self representative kicked him to the curb. She was awarded 100% of what she asked for and Trent won 0%. As it turns out, in my eyes, Trent Vining was into me for billable hours and billable hours only.

Trent Vining will drain your bank account and your parents. He'll keep you in court as long as he can. He doesn't care if you can get things settled out of court. If you ask around Nanaimo, other lawyers will describe him with insults and swear words which says a lot.
