The lawyer engages in bill padding so expect to pay twice of what you should pay. If you are on the phone for 10 minutes she charges you for 20 at 190.00 per hour. she also uses block billing to inflate her bill and feigns difficulty in obtaining documents from the other party to pad her bill further with multiple single line emails requesting the documents and excessive voicemails from the other party- this will cost you approximately a 1000. Block billing is another technique heavily used - can she get away with this legally - yes, she can, but it is ethical - you decide - she did not even address the legal question I wanted answered and it took her 4 months- it should have taken no longer than a week. Avoid her at all costs
